The website host, BlueHost.com, tracts only generic information about visitors to the site with no Personal Information collected.

Communications

I may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information you have requested. You may opt-out of further emails from me at any time.

When visitors complete a form to join Janet Ruth’s newsletter list, their name and email address will be forwarded to MailerLite and added to Janet Ruth’s email list. Visitors may unsubscribe from the email list at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email sent from newsletter@janetruth.com. You may also unsubscribe from the list by sending an email to newsletter@janetruth.com and asking to be removed from the list. If you do not unsubscribe, your name and email address will remain in Janet Ruth’s MailerLite list indefinitely.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
